Racial justice and anti-racism efforts start with each person’s individual self-awareness and mindset. At AYEF, we are dedicated to continual learning and adjusting our actions to reduce adverse racial and gender disparities. We hope that individuals and communities who see and hear about our work will judge our efforts to be anti-racist and consider us allies in bending the long arch of history toward justice. Here are some of the resources that inspire us. Please send us resources that have inspired you: ayef.rix@gmail.com.
